Before I show a few pictures from last night, I really need to share a shot of Frank bustin' a move  in his back yard.

Priceless!!!!

Okay, now...after a hard week at work, I got home and decided it was a good idea to head to the coast for dinner and walk on the beach. So, we gathered a few things, threw the dog in the van, and off we went to Cannon Beach.

When we first got there, it was like this. Kinda okay temp. around 60 degrees. But, wind from the north at 15 mph. We had dinner at Mo's and then took Payton down to the beach for a walk.

Then it looked like this. Amazing what a little time can accomplish. Gotta go for now...Jim & Vonnie are comin' over for hamburgers and Pinochle.

Where did May go??? I can't believe today is the last day of May. Anyway, I promised a few more pictures of Josh's graduation...

Don't these two look like trouble? We had tons of fun in a short amount of time...thanks Lynette and Frank!!!

Wednesday, 14 May, Carol and I left Portland for Denver, then on to Phoenix. Flying has become a real hassle, especially the security stuff. But, oh well, we got to Denver and we visited a while with Atienne and Savannah. Then we flew to Phoenix with Kelly. At PHX we met up with Lynette and Frank. Now all of this activity is so we can attend Joshua's High School Graduation!!! I'll post a few pictures now...and a few later.

We had a wonderful time in Phoenix. Lynette and Frank hooked us up with a car. Kelly stayed with Lynette. And Carol & I stayed at LaQuinta...just down the road. More pictures and fun stuff we did in Phoenix very soon.
Wednesday, the 7th of May, was going to be the warmest day of the week, then the rain was going to move in for the rest of the week. So, after work we drove to Cannon Beach for dinner and a walk on the beach. It was warm enough, but there was a "marine layer" moving in.

We had dinner at Mo's and walked Payton on the beach for a while...no sunset :(

On Tuesday, April 29th, we adventured downtown to the old Aladdin Theater with Jim & Vonnie Lash. It's been converted to a small concert hall. And we heard Los Lonely Boys for the second time. Music was too loud...I wanted to hear more harmony and less electric guitar! But, I did hear "Heaven"!!!

Hope all is well with everyone...will write more soon.
