The rest of our month of March has been uneventful due to the Coronavirus actions - state and local. Carol and I have been at home (except groceries and gas) since 15 March. Keeping busy inside the house with painting the closet, shampooing carpets, cleaning the bbq grill. Hopefully, this will all be past us soon and we can all get on with our lives. Meanwhile, we are working on a 750 piece jig-saw puzzle😎

This is the last one we did. 1000 pieces of Countryside.

Everyone...stay well and we'll write more soon.

After we got home from Tacoma, Washington, we were back into the working groove until the weekend. Saturday, March 7th, we travelled south to Grand Ronde, OR and attended an AIR SUPPLY concert with Jim & Vonnie Lash. They were great...as always! Ninety minutes of non-stop music! They started early (7:00p.m.) so we got home around 11.

This past weekend (Feb 29, Mar 1st) we took Jim & Vonnie's new CRV to Clearwater Resort in Washington to hear Michelle Brett "The Carpenters Remembered" concert. It was great! Love those Carpenter sounds! Sunday Morning we piled into the car and drove to Tacoma...Met up with Eric Lash (Jim & Vonnie's son) at LeMay Auto Museum! What a great time! Here's a taste of what we experienced:

I'll post some more this morning.

Well, I know it's been a long time since I posted anything and I feel so sorry! Life has been in the FAST LANE for quite a while. We've made a few trips back to Cheyenne and Ft. Collins since the last posting. Family issues were, and still are, a priority. Carol had a heart valve repaired in September of 2019. She is back at work as of January 2020. We managed to talk the Lash's into going to downtown Portland today for the Portland International Auto Show. Here's a few pictures I'll share:

Most window stickers were posted and 90 percent of the vehicles allowed you to sit and inspect the complete car. I would guess about 20 percent of the vehicles were electric. The mid-engine Corvette C-8 was on display. And a representative from Chevy was telling everyone all the details behind a corded off area, with a video in the background. I didn't get a picture of it because there were too many people surrounding the display.

I promised pictures of Sedona, AZ from last weeks' trip. A BIG thank you to Lynette and Ken  for driving us all around!

Some of these were taken from a moving car :) The weather was mild and the traffic was pretty good for BLACK FRIDAY!
I'm having to start this page over because I lost it when I went to page 2. So...

We received a card in the mail inviting us to stay the night in Canyonville for Free on Veterans Day. So we pack a few things and stopped in McMinnville and saw the movie "Carriers" at the IMAX. There was no concert going on, but we had a very relaxing time. We drove home Monday and got things ready for work the next day. Wednesday, 14 November, we picked up Jim & Vonnie and drove to Beaver Creek, OR to hear the Gospel group Legacy 5. They were great! And so was the food at Kissin' Kates!!!
We had made plans to go to Phoenix for Thanksgiving and that came around really fast! Thanksgiving morning we got up early (2:00a.m.). We picked up a shuttle at 3:00 and our flight took off at 6:00a.m. Lynette and Ken picked us up at PHX and we got a personal tour of Lynette's school.
This is the first year for Valencia and they are doing great!!!

The smell of fresh paint and the shiny waxed floors exhibit pride.
Staff Lounge - thank you Diamondbacks!!!
